Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license to practice in New Mexico.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and related laws and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and flexibility.
• English language literacy: read, write, speak, and understand.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise long-term care services.
• Maintain accurate reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions.
• Record medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess and implement care plans.
