Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and collaboration with physicians and other departments.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and policy development while promoting a compassionate, patient-centered culture and maintaining patient rights and dignity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nursing leadership role.
• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including orientation, training, and professional development
• Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and retention of nursing staff
• Foster open communication and collaboration among nursing staff, other departments, and physicians
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care and patient safety
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights and dignity
