The role collaborates with the AVP of Nursing and VP of Clinical Services to maintain a culture of quality of life, connection, and spirituality, with opportunities for professional growth and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Requires Illinois RN license.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a nursing team and manage programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the nursing department to ensure high-quality, respectful, individualized care for residents.
• Support staff retention through mentoring, coaching, and development of nurses.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing in-service education of staff.
