Qualifications
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to staff
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Document patients' progress using electronic medical records
- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices
- Participate in professional development to maintain skills
- Assist with hands-on patient care as needed
