The role requires an RN license and strong communication skills, with emphasis on teamwork, critical thinking, and hands-on patient care when needed.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Coordinate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
