Aston Group is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team in Florida, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care and regulatory compliance. You will oversee operations, support staff development, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities include budgeting, policy development, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes. Night/weekend on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Participation in on-call schedule required.
• May be required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, compliance, and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all nursing care operations within the facility.
• Develop, implement, and uphold nursing policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor, coach, and support the nursing team through regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work culture.
• Ensure nursing staff maintain required licensure and certifications.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident care and operational outcomes.
• Analyze patient care data to guide quality improvement efforts.
• Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Work with facility leadership to achieve clinical and organizational goals.
• Ensure residents consistently receive compassionate, high-quality nursing care.
