Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services in Minnesota is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Clinical Department, ensure high standards of care, and foster an inclusive facility culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science/Nursing, an active MN RN license, 5 years of RN experience, and prior department leadership. Prior Director of Nursing or ALF experience is preferred; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered MN RN license.
• 5 years RN experience with department management.
• Prior Director of Nursing or Assisted Living Facility experience preferred.

As a Director of Nursing you are the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expectby instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered State of MN Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, 5 years of R.N. experience, and previous experience managing a department. Prior Director of Nursing or experience in a Assisted Living Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
