Anchor Post Acute in Aiken, SC, is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our 120‑bed skilled nursing and rehab team. You will guide clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure top‑quality resident care with a focus on safety and compassion.

The DON will supervise the nursing department, uphold regulatory standards, and partner with physicians, residents, and families to achieve excellent outcomes. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 7 years nurse management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of long‑term care regulations and standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the nursing department.
• Promote excellence in resident care, safety, dignity, and quality of life.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff to build a strong, compassionate team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and facility policies.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, QA initiatives, and infection prevention practices.
• Collaborate with facility leadership, physicians, residents, and families to support positive outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations of the nursing department.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
