Skilled Nursing Care of Pennsylvania seeks a seasoned Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team across facilities, advancing patient-centered care and regulatory excellence.

You will shape care plans, drive quality initiatives, ensure surveys and certifications are met, and foster safety, compassion, and teamwork. This on-site, full-time role supports a mission-driven organization dedicated to dignity and outstanding resident care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience in long-term or post-acute care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff.
• Proven regulatory and quality assurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a positive, supportive work environment.
• Develop and implement care plans with evidence-based care tailored to patient needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including surveys, certifications, and state/federal rules.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality and patient satisfaction with continuous learning.
• Collaborate with medical records, therapy and social services for seamless care.
• Develop and manage department budgets to allocate resources effectively.
