Long-term Healthcare Facility is seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and drive excellence in resident care. The DON will oversee planning, development and operation of the Nursing Department to ensure 24/7 quality care for residents.

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, orientation/training, and retention of qualified staff.
