Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse for the state.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff hiring, terminations, and development.
• Monitor staff performance and evaluations for nursing staff.
• Direct staffing levels to meet resident care needs.
• Develop nursing service objectives and policies.
