The Block Institute in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Nursing Director to provide clinical supervision and lead a team of RNs and LPNs across residential and day programs. This full-time role ensures 24/7 on-call coverage and compliance with OPWDD, DOH, and related standards.

You will develop policies, train staff, monitor health services, and report on health and safety metrics to the executive team, while coordinating with program directors to maintain high-quality nursing support.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum BA/BS Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Licensed RN.
• Minimum of 5 Years with MR/DD Population.
• Supervisory Experience is Required.
• Specialized Quality Writing Skills Crucial.

• Provide direct clinical supervision to all RNs and LPNs across all agency programs.
• Provide mentorship and staff development through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Lead and conduct clinical rounds; ensure 24/7 on-call coverage for residential programs.
