The Nursing Director of Cardiology must demonstrate leadership, management and Performance improvement concepts. He or she must have the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve delivery of care to patients. Must possess knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of nursing care. Must have knowledge of Federal, State and professional regulations and standards that apply to clinical division or she must be committed to own professional growth.

Salary Range
USD $180,000.00 - USD $210,000.00 /Yr.
