English Mountain Recovery in Sevierville, TN seeks a Director of Nursing to lead and advance nursing services within a behavioral health setting. This role ensures safe, patient-centered care while guiding policy development and clinical operations.

The position requires RN licensure, a strong background in mental health nursing, and experience with budget management and regulatory compliance. On-site leadership and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are essential.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred.
• Three or more years’ experience in nursing practice required; one or more years’ psychiatric/behavioral health experience.
