Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active Florida RN licensure required.
• CSPI/CPR/First Aid certifications required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains systems for TJC and Florida licensure compliance.
• Demonstrates ICARE values and fosters a safe environment for staff and patients.
• Leads nursing services with unified direction across nursing care provision.
• Manages department budget and reports quality data.
• Oversees BHC nursing and technician staff functions.
