Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintains nursing practice within the community.
• Evaluates staffing quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Develops policies and procedures for nursing services.
• Ensures compliance with state/federal guidelines and Infection Control.
• Oversees medications and treatments per care plans.
• Develops and oversees in-service education programs.
• Maintains accurate reports and records.
• Promotes independence for residents.
