Job summary

White Oak of Newberry, a skilled nursing facility in Newberry, SC, is seeking a motivated RN to fill our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) position. This full-time, salaried role includes a $7500 sign-on bonus for the right candidate and a newly renovated building with a Memory Care Unit.

The ADON helps oversee the nursing department, coordinates operations, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Long-term care supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations relating to long-term care facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to inspire and collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the nursing department's overall operation.
• Relate professionally with residents, staff, families, referral sources, physicians, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory bodies.
