Qualifications

• RN license in GA or a compact state
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychiatric/mental health nursing preferred
• Three or more years of nursing practice
• One or more years of psychiatric/behavioral health experience
• Strong assessment skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Budgeting, staffing and leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing services and patient care.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to meet census and acuity needs.
• Oversee medication management and safety standards.
• Maintain infection control and clinical safety programs.
