Job summary

Twin Lakes Recovery Center in Monroe, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to clients, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and develop and reassess individual care plans while assessing and reassessing clients. You will administer medications, document changes, and educate clients and families within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

The role is onsite with emphasis on behavioral health and detox care; RN license required in GA or compact state, CPR and de-escalation

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in the relevant state (Georgia or compact state).
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ status and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and document provider orders accurately.
• Coordinate care with LPNs, CNAs, and other staff; communicate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain medical records and educate clients and families about medications and care.
