Job summary

Cullman Regional Medical Center Inc. seeks an experienced nursing leader to manage inpatient nursing service units, directing patient care delivery and resource utilization.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Alabama is required.
• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five to seven years’ experience in nursing and/or nursing management.

• Manage human and fiscal resources allocated to assigned areas.

Bachelor of science degree in nursing; Master's degree preferred.Experience:Five to seven years' experience in nursing and/or nursing management.Additional Skills/Abilities:Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required.
