Job summary

The University of New Hampshire is seeking a part-time adjunct staff member to support the School of Nursing’s ProjectConcert implementation and ongoing use. The role coordinates data collection, entry, validation, and maintenance while training faculty and staff in technology use.

Responsibilities include organizing data processes and generating routine reports to support accreditation, compliance, and program evaluation. Knowledge of data-management best practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with data entry, database management, administrative information systems, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of information for ProjectConcert from faculty, staff, programs, and existing School of Nursing records.
• Enter, update, organize, and maintain information in ProjectConcert; review information for completeness and consistency.
• Provide training and technology support to faculty and staff on the use of ProjectConcert.
