Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or a STEM-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in middle/high school settings as a teacher, administrator, counselor, or similar workforce development role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver teacher professional development on project-based learning and regenerative medicine.
• Guide teachers in implementing projects in their classrooms during the school year.
• Foster a professional learning community that meets regularly during the school year.
• Assist with evaluation and communication activities.
• Track project costs to meet budget requirements and oversee reports.
• Coordinate the closeout and transfer of project documentation to ensure continuity.
