Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or RN license with 5 years post-license experience.
• Minimum of one year supervisory, administrative, or charge nurse experience.
• Experience providing direct client care and oversight of other nurses.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing services at the Maryville location and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate nursing coverage and supervise staffing.
• Promote evidence-based and trauma-informed care aligned with Chestnut’s philosophy.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Oversee documentation and quality improvement measures.
• Coordinate TB skin tests and patient health services.
• Liaise between prescribers, patients, labs, and pharmacies.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
