Responsibilities

Oversee nursing services at Chestnut Family Health Center locations and Maryville units.
Coordinate nursing coverage and ensure policy compliance (JCAHO, HRSA, etc.).
Hire, train, evaluate, and ensure nursing staff competency.
Monitor documentation, progress notes, and quality measures.
Provide leadership and foster collaboration with prescribers and staff.
Uphold patient confidentiality and Chestnut service standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Lead trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care initiatives.
