Supports the development and implementation of nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures, and provides direct nursing services as needed. Assists with recruitment and staffing recommendations, oversees nursing schedules and on-call coverage, and ensures accurate and timely medical record documentation. Contributes to medication management controls and infection prevention efforts, including identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
