Qualifications

• Tutoring and/or teaching experience of nursing.
• Experience as a registered nurse.
• Earned credential in nursing (certificate, associate of applied science degree, bachelor’s degree).
• Successful completion of NCLEX.
• One-on-one and group tutoring experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring assistance to students as needed.
• Assist manager in forming specialized study groups as required.
• Distribute information leading to academic improvement.
• Consult with faculty regarding center resources.
• Research useful Internet resources for students and faculty.
