HCA HealthONE Swedish in the Denver metro area seeks a Clinical Support Coordinator Nursing to mentor new graduate nurses and those moving into new specialties. You will round on units to reinforce safe, high-quality care and guide real-time learning across teams.

You will help developing clinicians, coach in critical moments, and support learning through feedback, debriefs, and hands-on teaching. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/BLS) within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or RN diploma/degree required.

Aufgaben

• Rounding on nursing units to observe care, provide coaching, and reinforce safe nursing practice.
• Guide new and transitioning nurses through skill development, clinical judgment, and care planning.
• Provide hands-on support during rapid responses and codes, including feedback and debriefs to reinforce learning.
• Teach and troubleshoot essential nursing skills while identifying shared learning needs.
• Reinforce safety standards, regulatory expectations, and communication best practices (AIDET, Teach-Back, Narrating Care).
• Partner with unit leaders to support nurse growth, improve practice, and foster accountability, safety, and teamwork.
