Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish in the Rocky Mountain region is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator Nursing to mentor new graduates and nurses transitioning to new specialties, guiding roles, growing skills, and delivering safe, quality care.

You will round on units, coach in critical moments, support rapid responses, reinforce safety standards, and collaborate with unit leaders to improve practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN required with advanced cardiac life support and basic life support certifications to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor's degree or RN diploma required.
• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date is required.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date is required.

Responsibilities

• Rounding on nursing units to observe care and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Guide new and transitioning nurses through skill development, clinical judgment, and care planning.
• Provide hands-on support during rapid responses and codes, including debriefs to reinforce learning.
• Teach, demonstrate, and troubleshoot essential nursing skills and identify training needs.
• Reinforce safety standards, regulatory expectations, and communication best practices.
• Partner with unit leaders to support nurse growth, improve practice, and foster teamwork.
