Provide centralized oversight and leadership for nursing staff across all OB/GYN practices, with a primary focus on standardizing nursing workflows, policies, and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care at every location. Supervise the daily activities of RN’s. Assists physicians and nursing staff in the care of patients. Performs various patient care activities with patient flow, taking vitals, giving injections, assisting with patient personal hygiene and other needs as required. May administer prescribed medications with appropriate licensure.

The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position.Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/training and other qualifications.
