Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to oversee in-person clinical rotations and skills labs in the Columbus, Ohio area. You will guide students, deliver curriculum, and help them prepare for licensure in a hands-on healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates are RNs with faculty experience in RN or LPN education, BSN, and an Ohio RN license. This onsite role collaborates with partner facilities and requires fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as RN/LPN faculty in a nursing education program.
• Active Ohio RN license and eligibility to teach.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, students and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise in-person clinical rotations and skills labs at partner facilities in Columbus, OH.
• Deliver curriculum content, answer student questions, and provide timely feedback.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in practical nursing education.
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for students.
