Job summary

Victoria College’s Allied Health Department seeks a non-tenure track ADN Clinical Instructor for a 30-hour-per-week role. You will teach two clinical rotations, with evenings and weekends as needed, and hold student office hours. Responsibility includes online course development or lab support as required.

Salary is $38.00 per hour with an annual market scarcity of up to $5,000. Benefits eligible. Victoria College is a Texas community college serving ~8,200 students with diverse programs.

Qualifications

• RN license current and unencumbered in Texas.
• Minimum three years nursing clinical experience; adult medical-surgical and pediatrics/maternity preferred.
• ADN Clinical Instructor requires Bachelor’s in Nursing with a Master’s in a related field; six graduate hours in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Teach two clinical rotations with evenings and weekends as needed.
• Hold two hours per week for student office hours on VC campus.
• Perform other duties such as online course development, management, or lab assistance.
