Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program is required.
• Doctoral degree or current enrollment in a doctoral program is preferred.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit.
• Ohio APRN license is required for advanced practice RNs.
• Two years of RN experience in a relevant care setting is required; five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise nursing students in real-time clinical settings.
• Teach and evaluate nursing techniques of students and ensure clinical competencies.
