Job summary

You will partner with academic programs to ensure students meet clinical competencies, participate in quality initiatives, and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Current RN license.
• 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Ohio license or interim permit.
• APRN license for advanced practice roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and lead nursing care for the patient care team.
• Supervise student patient care delivery and mentor learners in real-time.
• Teach and evaluate nursing techniques and competencies.
• Coordinate with academic partners to ensure clinical requirements are met.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
