• 5+ years RN experience in a relevant care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a clinical nurse and supervise student patient care delivery.
• Teach and evaluate nursing techniques of students in real-time clinical settings.
• Mentor and supervise nursing students, coordinating with academic partners to facilitate learning experiences.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care in alignment with the professional practice model.

Education

Master's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field

Registered Nurse

Ohio nursing license or interim permit

Ohio APRN license

Doctoral degree or current enrollment in doctoral program
