Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have an approved RN education program and Ohio license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or enrollment in a graduate program.
• Minimum two years of nursing practice experience as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and evaluating competency-based BSN program.
• Teach clinical or lab sections in designated BSN courses.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and role modeling to students.
• Assess student performance through formative and summative assessments.
• Coordinate with Lead Faculty and clinical partners.
