Thomas Jefferson University’s Jefferson College of Nursing seeks a Clinical Adjunct Instructor to deliver high-quality clinical instruction and supervise nursing students in diverse settings. Applicants should hold a BSN with an enrolled master's candidate preferred, and current BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master's in nursing highly preferred or enrolled in Master's program.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification required.
• Eligible/licensure to practice nursing in PA or Compact nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical instruction and supervision to nursing students.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Use contemporary teaching methods across classroom, lab/simulation, and clinical settings.
• Collaborate with nursing program faculty and staff to ensure clinical component success.
