Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Master's degree in nursing highly preferred.
• Candidates who do not have a master's degree must be currently enrolled in a master's degree in nursing program.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification required.
• Eligible/current for licensure to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or Compact Nursing License.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Utilizes contemporary and innovative teaching methodologies in classroom, laboratory/simulation, and clinical settings.
• Evidence of ongoing clinical competency.
• Participates in professional activities related to area of clinical expertise.
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical instruction and supervision to nursing students.
• Guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world healthcare scenarios.
