Job summary

AdventHealth seeks an RN educator to teach students during clinical rounds and conferences at the AHU Tampa Campus. You will develop and deliver instruction, grade clinical work, and mentor learners in cooperative with the course coordinator.

The role requires RN licensure, a nursing education background, and ability to engage in both in-person and online teaching. A supportive academic environment and ongoing professional development are provided.

Job Description:

***AHU Tampa Campus***

Teaches students during their clinical rounds and pre/post conferences. Other duties as assigned Supports and enforces the course syllabus in collaboration with the course coordinator. Develops, designs, and delivers instruction in collaboration with the course coordinator. Grades clinical assignments and reviews evaluations with students. Provides guidance and mentorship to students in clinical settings. Collaborates with faculty and staff to ensure cohesive and comprehensive educational experiences. Participates in curriculum development and assessment activities. Maintains accurate records of student performance and progress. Engages in professional development to stay current with educational practices and clinical advancements. Communicates effectively with students, faculty, and community partners.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
