Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa
• Minimum clinic setting experience
• BLS certification or obtained within orientation period

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic nursing staff scheduling and staffing to meet clinic needs.
• Collaborate with physician call schedule and Clinic Director.
• Lead QA and core-competency guideline implementation in the clinic.
• Coordinate medical supply ordering and inventory management.
• Oversee lab testing compliance and instrument maintenance with Lab Director.
• Mentor and orient new nursing staff; participate in staff development.
