Chimes International - Delaware Locations in Newark, DE is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead nursing staff and manage clinical operations. The role requires a DE-licensed RN with strong administrative experience and a focus on quality, compliance, and resident-centered care.

Salary is $95,000 per year plus benefits, with responsibilities spanning policy implementation, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and external partners.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Delaware or a compact state.
• 2+ years of nursing or administrative experience.
• Graduation from an approved nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Update and implement policies and procedures per DDDS and regulatory standards.
• Supervise, train, and support nursing staff (RNs and LPNs).
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, assessments, and documentation.
• Monitor health services, including medication management, audits, and incident reporting.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, trainings, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and ongoing care planning.
• Communicate with families, agencies, and internal teams.
• Respond to medical concerns, provide triage as needed, and report serious issues.
• Maintain records, confidentiality (HIPAA), and required certifications.
• Serve as liaison with external partners and support team participation.
