Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Nursing Manager in Newark, Delaware to lead nursing operations and ensure compliance with DDDS and regulatory standards. The role oversees RNs and LPNs, implements policies, and collaborates with families, agencies, and internal teams to coordinate admissions and ongoing care planning.

You’ll manage documentation, audits, and staff performance, while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved nursing school.
• 2+ years of relevant nursing experience; 2-5+ years of administrative experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Delaware or a compact state.
• Valid CPR/FA certification.

Responsibilities

Salary: $95,000 a year

What You’ll Do
