Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Take and record vital signs, document I&O and notify RN/LPN.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transportation of patients.
• Follow standard precautions and use PPE as required.
• Provide routine care and comfort measures as delegated by RN/LPN.
