Duke University Health System Float Pool is seeking a Nursing Care Assistant I to float between Duke University Hospital and Duke Regional or Duke Raleigh in Durham, NC. This on-site role supports patient care under RN/LPN supervision with 3–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities include routine patient care, data collection, vital signs, and documentation in the health record, while maintaining patient safety and comfort. BCLS and NC NA I licensure required.

• Ability to monitor and record patient data.
