Job summary

Qualifications

• United States Citizenship or eligibility
• English language proficiency required for patient care
• Basic literacy and ability to communicate with patients and care team
• Experience or education relevant to Nursing Assistant duties
• Ability to meet KSAs for nursing assistant levels GS-3 to GS-5

Responsibilities

• Assist medical personnel in care of residents with diverse conditions
• Prepare, ambulate, transport, and position residents
• Provide personal care (bathing, feeding, incontinence care, grooming)
• Support residents’ comfort and well-being and restorative activities
• Document resident information and care provided in CPRS/records
