Job summary

Benedictine is seeking Nursing Assistant Trainees in Minnesota to participate in sponsored CNA‑NAR training that covers the cost of the program. Trainees will be paid while training and gain certification upon completion, supporting a long-term career in senior care.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in CNA‑NAR training or hired into Benedictine NA training program.
• Eligible to be on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity after training.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled classes and pass state certification test.
• Collect data on residents and report changes to RN/LPN.
• Communicate and interact with residents, families, and health team members.
