St. Mary Medical invites you to a Nurse Assistant Trainee program: five weeks full-time, Monday–Friday, with 100% attendance required, and a one-year commitment in the Patient Care Assistant role after completion.

You will enroll in an off-site CNA program to care for patients under RN supervision. Next class starts October 26, 2026. Prerequisites: high school diploma or equivalency, at least 18 years old, and successful completion of the pre-entrance exam; CPR is recommended.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalency.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Successful completion of the pre-entrance exam
• CPR certification recommended.
• Completes annual skill validations as well as safety and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enrolled in off-site Certified Nurse Assistant Program.
• Functions as a member of the health care team under the supervision of a licensed RN.
