Job summary

Preferred candidates will have CNA training and six months of healthcare exposure; a current BLS is required within 30 days of hire.

Position is part-time, 0.6 FTE, 8-hr Variable shifts, 24 hours per week.

Under direct supervision of a primary caregiver provides patient care support by performing tasks that assist in the care and treatment of patients with illness or injuries, taking into account the patient's physical and age-related needs. Assists patients with activities of daily living and selective procedures. Collaborates with team members to coordinate unit activities and flow of information between teams and other entities.

Required Qualifications:

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• 6 months completion of CNA program or six months of health care.
• Administrative experience in a healthcare setting.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Pay Range: $19.40 - $29.08
