Job summary

North Memorial Health is hiring a Nursing Assistant/Patient Flow Assistant for the ICC in Maple Grove. The role supports the care team with compassionate patient care and ensures smooth room turnover and patient flow across units.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of nursing assistant or health unit coordinator experience. Shift is Nights (12 hours) with on-site work and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years nursing assistant experience in a clinic, hospital or nursing home setting preferred.
• 1+ years health unit coordinator, scheduling or registration experience in a hospital, clinic, or physician’s office preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Nursing Assistant: assist care team with supportive, compassionate care to customers and families; communicate with the care team to meet goals.
• Patient Flow Assistant: provide reception and clerical support, maintain workflow for team members, physicians, customers and families.
