• Current Nursing Assistant certification required for Highland and Fairmont Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with meals, hygiene, and basic needs; monitor comfort and safety; report changes to supervising staff.
• Assist RN/LVN with treatments and nursing tasks; respond to call lights promptly; keep patient areas clean and orderly.
• Take vital signs and perform basic tests; help with ambulation, positioning, and equipment setup; transport patients as needed.
• Provide sitter duties when assigned; educate patients on health information and discharge instructions.
