NHS Management, LLC is hiring a Nursing Assistant (NA) in Pleasant Grove, AL. You will join a compassionate team focused on resident comfort and collaborative care with RNs and LPNs. Training to become a CNA is paid by our organization, and shift differentials apply for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Good listening skills.

Duties and Responsibilities: Nursing Assistant ( NA )

A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs, to provide more advanced care. You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam. Our nursing assistants have a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Good listening skills
• Excellent customer service, energized individual with compassion for assisting others
• Willing to improve their standing by obtaining the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.). Certification training is paid for by our organization.
